PSD 03 023  –  Mailing machine is locked out needing audit confirmation.
Action: Press the coin button and go to # 3 (Postal inspection) and press OK button. The machine should display transaction in progress or loading funds. Once completed press the Ok button. Press the back arrow button as far as you can. You should now be able to run postage.

PAR 04 022  –  Mailing machine locked out due to past due/unpaid invoice.
Action: You will need to contact our administrative office  251-928-4976 in order to help with this issue.

PAR 04 027  –  Account shutoff.

BAS 19 009  –  Feature not allowed. 
Action: Try to pull main power and reboot. If this does not correct the issue, you will need to contact our service department at 251-928-4976 in order to help with this issue.

BAS 19 003 or 004  –  Scale error.
